My Wellness Journey provides in-person, individualized nutrition and fitness coaching for clients in Houston and surrounding areas. We also provide telephone or web conference coaching for those outside our local area. Our staff nutritionists can provide specific plans and information on how and what to eat, detoxing your body, improving your gut health and which supplements are right for you. We believe nutrition is the key to wellness. If you give it the right tools to work with, your body is truly amazing! Our nutritionists also have experience coaching clients with chronic conditions like type-2 diabetes, inflammation and high-cholesterol to better manage their conditions with proper nutrition. Micronutrient Testing and Coaching Package ($450)
- Micronutrient Testing with detailed report
