RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for making My Wellness Journey products part of your personal wellness journey. We are delighted to have you as a customer. We strive to provide each customer with a problem free experience. However, if for any reason there is an issue with your order, you will find our Return/Refund policies below.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Once your order is submitted online, we begin fulfilling your order immediately to ensure the fastest shipping possible, and we are unable to accept any changes to that order. If you need assistance after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
If you received a product damaged in shipment or the wrong product, we will replace it at our expense. You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt for return instructions. Only unopened products in original packaging may be returned.
I have received authorization for a return. What do I do next?
Step 1- Once you have received authorization for a return, place the product(s) in the original packaging and tape closed.
Step 2- Take your package to the approved carrier authorized for your return (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and send your return. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number. Packages without a tracking number cannot be processed for refund. We cannot be responsible for items lost during the return shipping process. We highly recommend you insure your returned items.
Step 3- Provide the tracking number to us via our contact form. Please be sure to include your original invoice number as well.
Once we receive the unopened products in original packaging in the time allotted for the authorized return, the original amount paid for your product will be credited back via your original payment method.
